Bybit Fees Explained: What You Really Pay

Your real cost has several parts: the trading fee on the exchange, the price gap between P2P sellers, withdrawal and network fees, and your bank's charges. Compare the final amount you receive, not one fee in isolation.

P2P price gap (spread) The difference between sellers' prices and the market Compare ads and today's naira rates
Withdrawal fee When you move coins off the exchange A fixed amount that depends on the coin and network. The withdrawal screen shows it before you confirm
Bank and app charges When you send or receive naira Your bank's own fees and limits

Example (made-up numbers)

Suppose you spend ₦100,000 to buy USDT. Seller A offers a rate that gives you 5% fewer dollars than seller B, with no fee. Seller B charges a small fee. Seller A looks "free" but costs you more. The only fair test is: how much did I end up with?

Network fees

When you send crypto to another wallet, the network charges a fee. It depends on the network you choose and on how busy it is. Cheaper networks are not always the right choice. The receiving side must support the same network. See Crypto Wallets Explained.

How to keep costs down

  1. Compare several P2P ads before ordering.
  2. Avoid many tiny transfers if each has a fixed fee.
  3. Choose the network that the receiving wallet supports and that has reasonable fees.
  4. Do a small test transfer first.
